Day 9 Immediate Dentures
My dentures seem to split the left corner of my mouth during removal and insertion, I have been using vaseline and carmax since day 1 but it's not helping. Is this normal and will it go away?

That’s a condition call angular cheilitis. It is usually caused by being in an over closed position for a length of time ( old denture were worn out or no teeth. It allows the corner of the mouth to droop, saliva gets in there and causes irritation. If the new dentures were set up correctly they should open your bite and that will go away. Just keep the area lubricated
