Denture Adhesive

I waited a long time before getting dentures. My Dentist made me wait about 5 months for my mouth to heal. Best decision I think. My oral surgeon was great, and my dentist was top notch. He worked hard to give me natural looking dentures (not chicklet teeth). I love them and they fit wonderful. I use the cream, but going to try the powder. Looking back, I should have gotten them sooner. I love my dentures. I've had them about a year.

Annella, your smile does look great. My question is how do they function?

They function great. It was a bit slow eating, and my bottoms needed adjusting, but okay now. It's essential to have a top notch dentist. I went out of town to get a reputable oral surgeon also. I had so many root canals and such to get taken out. He was expensive, but my insurance paid for it (full extraction). I only had 2 small bone pieces work themselves out of my gums. My dentist made me wait 5-6 months to heal before I was fitted. I think it made all the difference in the world.

Well that's good.  Glad you're happy and congratulations!
How's that "Bring Back Cushion Grip Campaign" working out for you?
Kick anyone off your 98 Member Facebook Page lately?
Glad you finally "saw the light" about Cushion Correct.

Yup Charlene, it makes a difference. Your dentures look really pretty. A smile is the first thing people notice. I've seen "chicklet" dentures, and waited until I found the right dentist. You can be happy with your appearance now. A boost to self esteem. It's important to feel your best.

It was a miracle that cushion grip went up that much money I was told even the Japanese product is not good to use either from A dental specialist none of those products are good at all for your guns and they will deteriorate your bone and the gums
Someways bayer company did me a favor

Fortunately Eric was not right this product is no better just as harmful I'm living proof of that that those thermal plastic ruined my jaw bone and my gums there's no repair this damage I have a website started just for that purpose of what happens by using those products

Lookin Good!     Powder works best for me on my upper. Having a soft liner or using a gap filler, can make the hold pretty tight.

Thank you. My uppers are like my natural teeth. My bottoms have taken some adjusting. I'm going to try the powder cause the goo is gross, and hard to get all out....yuck.

Thanks Melanie, I know I'm bragging...lol I waited so long to do it. I did so much research that I probably could have made them myself! My dentist was so patient with me, and worked hard to give me what I wanted. He was wonderful. So many of them are in such a hurry.

I hear you! I was such a scardy cat about getting them. I'm so glad I did too! Best thing I ever did actually. I heard all the nightmare stories, but denture technology has come a long way. A nice smile is not overrated...lol
