Swollen jaw

Had 10 teeth extracted from lower jaw with 4 implants yesterday.  I know everyone’s recovery is different but wanted to get responses from others on this board since they have gone through similar situations.  How long does it take for the swelling to subside?  I did the ice packs yesterday but swelling this morning.  Donna
