After tooth removal I have bumps on my gums
About 2 weeks ago I got the rest of my top teeth removed and got immediate dentures but I have bumps on the bottom of my gums that feel kind of like pimples.
Theyre only a little sore while I have the dentures in though so I don’t think it’s an abcess...?
Should I be worried?
(Also, I’ve only been using adhesive on the roof of my mouth, when can I start using it on the other parts of the denture?)

I had those too after full mouth extraction, I called my dentist in a panic, went in and he was those are normal, you'll have small pieces of bone surface also and those suckers hurt like holy h-e- double hockey sticks!! The bumps went away after about 4-6 weeks after extractions. The road with immediate dentures is hard and painful but eventually worth it.
